(1) | 低维量子体系拓扑态设计研究:包括量子霍尔效应,量子反常霍尔效应,拓扑绝缘体,拓扑超导体,拓扑半金属等拓扑态的物理实现与相关物理性质的研究 |
(2) | 低维体系中的量子输运现象研究:包括无序和退相干等效应对低维体系(例如:石墨烯,硅烯,过渡金属硫化合物等)热电输运性质的影响,并以此为基础设计原理性功能电子器件。 |
